Fungaia

Fungaia is a planet in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Best-known as the world of mushrooms and kuparkukes, Fungaia is home to an unusually high concentration of fungal species. These living, breathing fungi fill Fungaia’s atmosphere with spores and toxins, which are completely safe for kuparkukes and the other species that live there, but deadly to outsiders. For thousands of years, this has ensured Fungaia's protection against alien invaders, but it has also meant that the species there have all been left behind in terms of progress and technology.

Fungaia has two natural satellites: Pleurota and Ganoderma.
