Gravehaven is a planet in the Milky Way Galaxy.

Believed to be the burial site of her physical remains, the planet Gravehaven was once a sacred place to the followers of the goddess Galaxy, who, according to legend, was buried there after her defeat by the cosmic monster, Blackhole. Though they recovered only little of her remains, her followers interred what they could find deep within the depths of a grand mausoleum, along with her holy relics, and – to protect the tomb from vandalism or looting – blessed the site with magical enchantments.

For a long time thereafter, Gravehaven was a place of great importance to the followers of Galaxy. Many people visited as pilgrims, to pay their respects to their fallen goddess. Upon death, many others had their own remains shipped to Gravehaven, so that they could be buried alongside Galaxy in this hallowed place. The planet became a mass burial site, and it was due to this sprawling necropolis that Gravehaven eventually earned its name.

Today, Gravehaven is abandoned, the location of the fabled Tomb of Galaxy lost. Neither the Orders of the Galactic Halo nor the Event Horizon know for certain where Galaxy is buried. The only folk who go there are vile necromancers, drawn to the site of ancient burials, whose corrupted and evil magic has awoken the protective enchantments installed long ago by Galaxy’s disciples.

Perhaps due to the work of these cruel necromancers, the misty Gravehaven has formed a ring of bones, which slowly circles the planet like an ethereal wreath, and fills its skies with death.

Gravehaven has just a single moon, which is named Mortua.
